Although you can save maps directly to a SharePoint library through MindGenius, MindGenius doesn't re-query the SharePoint server to establish the status of the map once you save it to a library.
What this means is that MindGenius doesn't show you any SharePoint user interfaces because the application doesn't know it's a SharePoint document yet. If you save a map directly to a library you should immediately close and reopen the map. When you reopen the map MindGenius will re-query the SharePoint server and you'll see the appropriate user interface.
