Each version of MindGenius will remain in support until 5 years after the launch date. (Currently MindGenius V6 and MindGenius 2018 are both in support.)
MindGenius V6 and MindGenius 2018 are fully supported on Microsoft Windows 10.
In this context, "support" means that solutions for issues found in these versions will be released as updates.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer support for earlier version such as 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 due to their age and compatibility with modern operating systems. As such we are no longer able to offer assistance with technical and usability issues such as: Activating a license, resetting unlocks, or how-to guidance.
(MindGenius Desktop on touch devices is not supported regardless of version)
