Inviting Users to Projects

You can collaborate on projects with users both within and outwith your MindGenius Online Organisation by adding them to your project team.

Users who are not in your Organisation and are on the Freemium subscription tier will only be able to access a single MindGenius Online project at a time - they will receive all invites, and will be able to see the project on their Projects list, however they will only be able to access the first project shared with them.

To Invite a User to a Project:

  1. Open the Project you want to share
  2. Click the Add People tab.
  3. Enter their email address in the "Invite a new team member" textbox
  4. Click the textbox below to enter an optional message along with the invitation.

The user will then receive an email in their inbox containing a button to accept.
